Kath offers counselling for clients who are experiencing difficulty in their lives and provides
a safe, warm, understanding, respectful and supportive environment.

Kath works with clients to improve and facilitate positive and real change for the individual and within relationships.  Kath provides all types of relationship counselling including Couple Counselling and Marriage Counselling.  Kath appreciates and values the uniqueness of her clients and welcomes all clients including those who may be in same sex relationships.

Kath also works with clients around the many issues and challenges arising from separation and divorce for men, women, adolescents and children and can provide helpful feedback and recommendations to parents who may be concerned or worried about what may be happening for their child through what is often a very difficult time for families. 

She works with clients who may be experiencing depression & anxiety or perhaps may be struggling with issues around domestic violence, trauma and or abuse, self esteem issues, anger, stress, communication, conflict, parenting and post separation parenting.

Kath works with clients around grief & loss in many and varied contexts:

Loss of loved ones, relationship breakdown, loss of cherished family pets, infertility issues and chronic illness.

  • Clinical Member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia)
  • Registered Clinical Counsellor

Online Counselling Sessions Available!

Kath is a Counsellor working on the Mid North Coast NSW and offers confidential and professional counselling for Individuals, Couples and Families and can provide online counselling sessions including after hours appointment times to meet client needs.

Kath has a compassionate, caring and integrative approach which includes actively listening to her clients, providing psycho-educational information and support around separation and divorce, Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Emotion Focused Counselling and has an interest in mindfulness.

Appointment times are available online via Zoom.
